Today, on the 9th of June 2026, the Macedonian Banking Association hosted a ceremonial event recognizing the most successful teams from the national competition for the European Money Quiz 2026. The final of this prestigious European financial literacy competition took place on 19 May 2026 in Brussels, Belgium, and was organized by the European Banking Federation.
Our representatives at the European Money Quiz, students Darija Borizovska and Sara Milkovska from SEPUGS “Vasil Antevski-Dren” from Skopje, under the mentorship of their teacher Biljana Ninovska, participated in the final of this prestigious international financial literacy competition for young people. The final took place on 19 May 2026 in Brussels, Belgium, and was organized by the European Banking Federation. The event followed a two-day programme featuring a variety of activities designed to encourage interaction, networking, and collaboration among the participating teams.
The European Banking Federation hosted the ninth edition of the European Money Quiz Final, Europe’s largest financial literacy competition for students aged 13 to 15. This week, the national winning teams from 30 countries gathered in Brussels to compete for the title of European champions and to celebrate the importance of financial education.
Today, 19 March 2026, the national final of the European Money Quiz 2026 was held. Under the mentorship of Professor Biljana Ninovska, students Darija Borizovska and Sara Milkovska won first place in this year’s national competition “European Money Quiz,” organized by the Macedonian Banking Association (MBA), with the support of the National Bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Today, 16 March 2026, the first round of the national European Money Quiz competition was held, with the participation of approximately 1,300 registered students from primary and secondary schools across the country.
On 27 February 2026, a preparatory meeting was held ahead of the national competition “European Money Quiz 2026,” organized by the Macedonian Banking Association, in cooperation with the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia and the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Primary and secondary schools in the Republic of North Macedonia are invited to participate in the international competition – the European Money Quiz. This quiz is a project of the European Banking Federation aimed at financial education of students aged 13 to 15.
