Darija Borizovska and Sara Milkovska from SEPUGS “Vasil Antevski-Dren” – Skopje are the National Champions of the European Money Quiz 2026

Today, 19 March 2026, the national final of the European Money Quiz 2026 was held. Under the mentorship of Professor Biljana Ninovska, students Darija Borizovska and Sara Milkovska won first place in this year’s national competition “European Money Quiz,” organized by the Macedonian Banking Association (MBA), with the support of the National Bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Together with their mentor and accompanied by the Head of the Education Department at the MBA – Jovana Lozanovska, they will represent the Republic of North Macedonia at the European finals, which will take place on 19 May in Brussels, Belgium.

Second place was won by Iva Velkovska and Lana Stojevska from SEPUGS “Vasil Antevski-Dren” – Skopje, while third place went to Sofija Gudumanovski and Teodor Jovanov from the same school, all teams mentored by Professor Biljana Ninovska.

This year, the competition attracted significant interest, with a total of 644 registered teams from 108 schools, mentored by 129 teachers and professors. 577 teams participated in the quiz in Macedonian, while 67 teams competed in Albanian. In the second round, held at the premises of the MBA, the four most successful teams from the first round competed, and the winner of the competition was selected.
