MiCreS project presented in front of the banking and academic comunity

On World Savings Day, 31st of October, the Macedonian Banking Association (MBA) had the pleasure of hosting representatives from the MiCres project team – Ms. Fatma Dirkes, Vice-President of the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and President of the European Banking & Financial Services Training Association (EBTN) and Ms. Katia Goertz, MiCreS Project Director.

Apart from the business meeting held in its premises, MBA has organized a special event for the official promotion of the MiCreS project in front of representatives from the banking sector and the academic community. The new project of developing European standards in micro credentials, with pilot training for micro credentials and ESG, was presented in front of the ESG Commission and the Human resources Commission at the MBA, and other attendees eager to hear and learn about this project.

At the ceremonial portion of the event, which welcomed over 200 guests from banking, academia, financial institutions, and Chambers of Commerce, Ms. Fatma Dirkes addressed the audience alongside the President of the MBA, Ms. Maja Stevkova-Shterieva, the Minister of Finance, Ms. Gordana Dimitrieska-Kochoska, the Vice Governor of the National Bank, Ms. Emilija Nacevska, and the Director of the Deposit Insurance Fund, Mr. Behar Emini.
