The Macedonian Banking Association and the Personal Data Protection Agency signed a memorandum of co-operation

On June 8, 2022, the Macedonian Banking Association and the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia signed a memorandum of co-operation, reaffirming the common objectives of continuously improving the degree of protection of personal data in North Macedonia.

The memorandum expresses the Macedonian Banking Association’s and the Personal Data Protection Agency’s commitments to co-operation in the field of personal data protection in order to effectively and fully implement legal regulations and standards for the protection of personal data within the banking system in the Republic of North Macedonia and in the implementation of financial activities.
