KIRIL AND KRISTIJAN FROM “CAR SAMOIL” HIGH SCHOOL – RESEN ARE THE EUROPEAN MONEY QUIZ NATIONAL WINNERS FOR THE SECOND TIME

Students Kiril Kitevski and Kristijan Lazaroski from “Car Samoil” high school from Resen, under the mentorship of professor Dijana Gjorgievska, are the winners of the national competition for the European money quiz, which is organized by the Macedonian Banking Association (MBA), with the support of the National Bank and the Securities and exchange commission and held for the sixth time, during the Global Money Week.

This is the second victory of the two students, this year as high school students, after also winning the first place in the national competition last year. They will represent our country at the European finals, which will be held on April 19 in Brussels, Belgium.

The second place was won by Stefani Georgievska and Filip Klobuchinski from SEPUGS Vasil Antevski Dren with mentor Biljana Ninovska, while third place were Lara Rosomanska and Elena Rizova from gymnasium “Dobri Daskalov” – Kavadarci, with mentor Loska Davcheva.

525 teams from 85 schools, mentored by 102 professors, registered for the national competition this year. 479 teams competed in the Macedonian language, and 46 teams competed in the Albanian language. The best from the first round took part in the final match, which took place in the premises of the MBA, and the national team with highest score was announced.
