First session of the Assembly of the Macedonian Banking Association

VIEWED TOPICAL ISSUES ABOUT THE BANKING REGULATION

At the first session of the MBA, held on 3.5.2018 (Thursday), starting at 11:00 am, at the premises of the Business Center of HALK BANK AD – Skopje, the basic features of the MBA were determined and the most topical issues related to banking regulation in the country were discussed.

The meeting was opened and chaired by the Chairman Kosta Mitrovski, who welcomed the attendees and thanked the Managing Board of HALK Bank for the opportunity to hold the meeting in their Business Center.

Mr. Bilal Sucubaşı, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Managing Board of HALK Bank AD – Skopje, welcomed and supported the newly formed association, whose main objective is to improve the banking operations and the banking sector in the country, as well as to increase the already significant banking contribution to the national economy.
